We are a collaborative group of Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) Professionals who are committed to health care transformation and person-centered care.

Community Purpose

Our community is focused on supporting each other through VBHC Implementation. This community is a place to come together to:

  • Learn from each other,

  • Share knowledge & findings,

  • Discuss successes, challenges, best-practices, and

  • Collaborate with one another.

  • Community Learning Series

    • Our community learning series events are interactive, virtual events featuring industry leaders in VBHC. We focus relevant topics to help you learn practical skills to incorporate into your transformation work.

  • In-Person Events

    • While our community is global, we greatly believe in the value of in-person interactions. Based in Austin, Texas, we host several local events throughout the year including:

    • Annual Alumni Reunion & Community Gathering (September 2024)

    • Local meet-ups

Online Collaboration

  • Slack Channel

    • This is the hub of our community! We use slack for ongoing knowledge-sharing & collaboration. Join to connect with other VBHC professionals, MSHCT Alumni and discuss topics important to you. We also use this as a place to share articles, jobs and event info.

Leadership

This community is driven by those doing the transformation work.

  • Our Alumni & Community Advisory Council advises on strategy, event and content.

  • Our Ambassador program is for individuals looking to amplify the programs and events of the Value Institute.
